Ordering a Prescription

You can now order a prescription online. In order to do this you can follow our link here and log in to order your prescription.

Please submit your computerised printed slip (This can be found attached to your prescription). Tick the items you require, ensure it is correct and then place it in the red box situated on the front of reception. If you are unable to bring the repeat slip into the surgery, you can post it to us, but please ensure you enclose a stamped addressed envelope for your prescription to be returned to you.

If you do not have your printed repeat slip, you will find a form on reception to complete. Please ensure all your personal details are correct and the name of the drug, strength of the medication and the dose instructions are completed. If you are unsure of any of these details please do not hesitate to ask one of the reception team for assistance.

It is possible for us to deal with faxed prescription requests, if we have all the correct information. Please fax your prescription to 01623 412519. You must ensure that you have enough medication to last while your repeat prescription request is being dealt with.

PLEASE NOTE THAT PRESCRIPTION REQUESTS TAKE 48 HOURS TO PROCESS. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU REQUEST YOUR MEDICATION BEFORE YOU RUN OUT TO ALLOW FOR THE PROCESSING TIME.

ALSO WE DO NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS FOR REPEAT MEDICATIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
